Actually, I find working with perspective after doing a whole bunch of 3d AUTOCAD work pretty therapeutic. You can make it up, distort, re-detail on the fly, and you don't have to worry about 'realism'. Of course the one caveat/disadvantage to this, is no undo button.
Unfortunately because of my commitment to the 3d at the moment, I never got to finish these, which isn't great. I am going to try to finish the imaginary architecture one, but as with everything, stand in line I say....
