Old and New
Dear Sketchbook, finished! So red, and lovely! Paper a little fibrous, but no matter, at A5 and fairly thick, you've been great to travel with. You've absorbed watercolour really well - kept fairly unbuckled (i.e. hard cover helps!), with a good amount of 110 gsm pages (200 plus), you've been the bearer of countless nights of entertainment… as a very good friend of mine said about you just the other day "… she has spent countless hours working in that book…" indeed, you are very valuable in terms of hours, and thoughts, and story ideas… and I have shared you with my son, who likes to draw, and also thinks you're awesome...
